"How much do I need?"
It is the first question at almost every consultation, and the honest answer is a number rather than a package. Botulinum is measured in units, boosters in sessions, fine filler in tenths of a syringe — and each is dosed for the face in front of him, deliberately on the low side, with a review two weeks later to add if it is needed.

Nothing is stacked on the day
Boosters and botulinum in the same area are separated by at least a week so a reaction can be attributed.
Will my face look frozen?+
Not at the doses used here. The aim is to weaken the pull, not switch the muscle off, so you keep a brow that lifts and a smile that reaches the eyes. If you have been frozen before, tell us — it usually means the dose was too high or placed too centrally.
Can I do this the day I land?+
Yes. There is no downtime and no dressing, and you can wear makeup after four hours. We only ask that you skip alcohol that evening and stay upright for four hours after botulinum.
Do I have to keep doing it forever?+
No. Everything wears off and the face returns to where it would have been — it does not get worse for having been treated. Many patients treat before an event and then leave it for a year.
Will bruising show?+
Botulinum rarely bruises. Lip filler and boosters can leave small pinpoint marks for two to four days, coverable with makeup. Stop fish oil, high-dose vitamin E and aspirin-type painkillers for three days beforehand if you can.
Can I combine this with filler lifting?+
Often, and in that order — structure first, then expression. Both can be done in the same visit when the areas do not overlap, which is what most travelling patients choose.
