Why my list is short
I read a face before I treat it. Most of a consultation is spent deciding where product should go — and whether it should go at all.
The same volume of filler gives very different results depending on where it is placed. Two faces that look alike from the front can need opposite plans, which is why the design step takes me longer than the injection itself.
I work within a defined set of treatments: filler design, injectables, lifting and tightening, Metacell and laser. No surgery. When your concern falls outside what these can do, I will tell you so at the consultation, rather than substitute something that will not solve it.
Many of my patients arrive having had treatment elsewhere — some of it good, some of it visible. What they usually ask me for is not more, but for someone to look at the whole face and do less.

How I work

Look before you plan
Upright, in motion, and in photographs. Half of what patients call sagging is asymmetry they have had since twenty, and treating it as sagging makes it worse.

The least that will hold
Under-treat, review at two weeks, add if needed. You cannot take back a face that has been overfilled without dissolving months of work.

Nothing irreversible
Hyaluronic acid only, with hyaluronidase in the room. If a result is wrong, it should be possible to undo it the same week — not live with it for years.
And one refusal
One plan, one doctor
I explain the plan and its fee in full at the clinic before anything begins, and nothing starts until you agree to it. If a follow-up session turns out to be unnecessary, I do not carry it out.

What a consultation is
Fifteen minutes of looking, then a plan you can refuse
Points are marked on your face while you hold the mirror. You see the product, the volume and the price before anything is opened, and you can stop at that moment with nothing owed.
I will tell you no when
A consultation that ends in no is not a wasted visit, and it is not charged as a treatment.
Plan your visit
Not a coordinator, not a counsellor. Send three photos and Dr. Yang reads them himself and writes the plan in English, within 24 hours — no coordinator in between.
