Reviews
A page of testimonials we wrote ourselves would tell you nothing. Read them where we cannot edit them.
Reviews of TONE's Clinic Gangnam live on public platforms. Below is where to find them, how our before-and-after photographs are produced, and what we will not do to earn a recommendation.
Our own photographs
Four rules make a comparison honest. If a clinic's photographs fail any of them, you are looking at a photograph rather than a result.
See all 38 comparisons →Every photograph is published with written patient consent and is not retouched or reshaped. Eyes are masked at the patient's request. Individual results vary, and none of them is promised to anyone else.
What we will not do
No discount, credit or free session is offered in exchange for writing a review. A review you were paid for is an advertisement.
We do not ask only satisfied patients to post, and we do not request removal of a review because it is critical.
No smoothing, reshaping or relighting between before and after. If a result needed editing to be visible, it was not a result.
No treatment here is guaranteed to reproduce another person's result. Anatomy, age and healing differ, and so does what is achievable.
Set your expectations
Better raised here than discovered on the day. If any of these is a problem for you, we would rather you found out before you travelled.
If the change you want needs surgery, or old product removed first, Dr. Yang will say so rather than proceed. Some patients leave without treatment.
Under-treating is reversible; over-treating takes months to undo. The review appointment exists to add if it is needed, and it is the one people most often skip.
Every consultation and treatment is Dr. Yang's own, so appointments are finite. Send your dates early if you are travelling.
Send three photos. You get back the points Dr. Yang would treat, the approach and the time it needs — at no cost and with nothing booked. Fees are confirmed when you visit.
